Sherri Garyantes
Sherri is the Multifamily Group Manager for Windward Communities and JLAM. She has spent more than 25 years managing a diverse portfolio including both multifamily and commercial properties throughout Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
Working with all phases of multifamily housing from new construction to acquisition, she has been involved in every aspect of the industry and has trained and led successful teams of multifamily professionals.
She is responsible for working with owners to establish company policies and procedures, creating scalable infrastructure, developing marketing strategies, budgeting and managing the day to day operations of the management company.
Ian Goodenough
Ian is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant and has more than 6 years of experience in accounting, financial services, real estate, and fund administration. As Controller for Windward Communities, he leads the accounting function in addition to assisting with financial, capital markets, and investor relations activities.
Prior to joining Windward Communities and JLAM Ian began his career in public accounting with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause in the Washington DC metro area, specializing in real estate engagements. Prior to joining Jack Lingo Asset Management, Ian worked at JP Morgan where he served as a financial analyst on several multi-billion-dollar real estate investment funds.
Ian is a native of Newark, Delaware and graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Accounting & Finance.
